We would definitely go again, the venue met the purpose. We enjoyed the modern bathroom here. It was near to the long water. Also, west end was max 20 minutes walk to. Location was ideal, 20 km to London City airport, perfectly reachable.
No.
-
Very close to railway station and 2 tube stations and easy walk to restaurants and shops, the rooms were very clean. Good value for money!
-
Rooms and staff were perfect.
-
It deserves its 3 stars.
-
Clean and new bathroom, few minutes walk from Paddington station and close to a nice pub too
-
Yes the service bad
-
Reception staff were fabulous.
The toilet did smell a bit. We had a room right next to reception and the rooms aren't very sound proof so sleep quality wasn't the best. Also booked a twin and got given a double.

Nothing I like about this hotel except it's close to paddington station, also the staff were friendly
-
lack of free wifi avaliabilty
-
Nothing basically, the location was good, close to bars, pubs, restaurants, paddington underground station, close to direct station to Heathrow airport, close to internet cafe.
As I said nothing. I have spent 5 nights for €450 which mind me it was not cheap!!! In Paris was cheaper and much better than this crap of hotel. I was one of those who ignored the reviews and booked this hotel. Mind me don't get fancied with the name cause it is not Royal at all. Room was very small but really small, not lift to my room, I had to carry my luggage down to flight of stairs which are not safe. Walls total disaster, mattress.....oh crap I could feel every spring in the mattress getting into my body. Shower room was very smelly, windows won't open. Once they didn't do my bed, and linens although they say they change them everyday.....but they never do and I don't think that they do when someone check out!!!! Just do not book!!!

The location was good
The bathroom was mouldly the sink plug hole didn't open and bulbs were not working or even present. We complained about the sink not emptying and nothing was done. The breakfast was awful stale bread warm milk and juice not what I would expect from a contin breakfast. The whole hotel was shabby and not worth the money!
-
nothing i've stayed in lots of hotels in that area but this is the worse. my daughter was told to leave breakfast room exactly at 9 30 while finishing her cup of coffee. they were supposed to be open till 9 30 but coffee etc was removed at 9 20
everything room was dirty with fudge still on the floor when we checked in
-
The most noticed was the friendly stuff especially the receiption group.
The strick closing time for the breakfast, even if you are already in before 9:30 and having your meal, they ask you to leave....!!!!

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was very centeral. All in all excellent value for money, i would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others. Thanks.
The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast. Boiled eggs was probably the best part of it. No fresh fruit, no yoghurts or wholemeal bread was available. Cereal was corn flakes or bran flakes, nothing else was on offer, that was about it.

The positives were that I managed to get my own way after telling the member of staff at the reception that I refused to go to another hotel they had booked for me after 'overbooking' - a sign of poor organisation and bad management. The location is the best thing about this place.
The room cost me £85 and there wasn't shower gel, a hair dryer, a comfortable bed, a view or a decent sized towel. The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Generally groggy. Overbooking drama. Having to leave your key at reception and worry all day that they have given your room away to an equally aggrieved customer - thank god I got there early.
